Will Smith helps school Philly replace the computer (AP)

PHILADELPHIA – Will Smith is donating replacements for 30 computers stolen at a high school in West Philadelphia, where he was born and raised.

The Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation and philanthropic organizations Charlie Mack cares are giving 29 Apple laptops and one desktop in High School in West Philadelphia.

Local community activist Charlie Mack is a long-time Assistant and friend of Smith, music, TV and film superstar.

Mack says he plans to deliver the computer back to school on Friday. Smith worked elsewhere and can't do it.

Two students were charged with stealing 60 computer from school last month. Police recovered half of them, but the rest remains unaccounted for.
