Charlie Sheen ready brand slogan war (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – the next time that Charlie Sheen wants to say something outrageous, he may want to pause a beat and ensure that his/her intellectual property lawyer is paying attention.

In past weeks, as Sheen has blitzed her way into the fictional culture, he triggered a secondary phenomenon: people are rushing to the Office of the United States to stake claims over his many quotable quotes.

Like many small business owners, for example, have decided that simply must sell shirts with the word "Trump" mentioned prominently? Not a few, actually. In past weeks, several people have registered the trademark "Win!", "Uh", "Win win", "World Wide connections," winning "friendship, who is winning?" and "Bi."

Others went to the Trademark Office to play other popular catch phrases of Sheen. A video site that keeps track of new appearances of Charlie Sheen has recorded "Tiger TV blood." A manufacturer of toys based on Florida recorded "Magic Charlie Ball". Another company registered "Adonis DNA" for a line of nutritional and dietary supplements.

The activities of warm above phrases popular Sheen could trigger some lawsuits.

The actor will soon be taking to the road on a tour of performing multiple-city. At concerts, Sheen plans to sell t-shirts and other merchandise stamped with his famous catch phrases and he has entrusted the task to the FEA Live Nation.

Soon, his repetitions can boning on Sheeneology to find out which of his words hit cult status and which are, um, the turncoat, traitors and trolls who are trying to snatch him.

Sheen is not a complete novice when it comes to the arena of the brand. In the 1990s, Sheen established a company called Masheen Inc. and tried the phrase, "drugs are loser friendly" trade mark for fliers, stickers, t-shirts, mugs and other items.

In 2005, Sheen's company, three Dog Park, has filed a trademark application for "Sheen Kidz," a line of couture clothing for children who apparently did big business in Japan.

What we imagine as one of the best new opportunities for business/trademark Sheen seems regrettably were taken. Sheen has repeatedly indicated his enemies, by co-creator "Two and a half men" Chuck Lorre to antagonistic porn stars as "assholes." The word is one of the Top 5 media phrases of Charlie Sheen, and we would be thrilled to play a game where an avatar Sheen uses a Slingshot to hurl grenades flying objects with the lawsuit as intent to destroy various Hollywood turds. Unfortunately, "Angry assholes" was recorded a couple of weeks ago and it doesn't seem to be connected with the cheats of Charlie Sheen.
